Are there special instructions for washing my crywolf clothing?

Yes! We will send you a care instruction sheet with your order, but here it is:

Due to the nature of our water-based non-toxic inks, your shirt will fade approximately 5-10% after the first wash. This is normal and your shirt will not continue to fade. We recommend that you wash your shirt inside out, never with bleach and hang to dry (to prevent shrinking). Most of our shirts are 100% cotton, with the exception of tri-blend colours which are 50% cotton, 25% rayon and 25% polyester.

TIP: Ironing the print before the first wash helps to heat-set the ink and prevent it from fading. It is recommended to use a paper or cloth interface and iron using household iron at medium to high settings for 3-5 minutes on each side.

Do you do custom shirts or buttons?

Buttons? Definitely. Shirts? Sometimes, depending on the request.
Feel free to contact us with details of what you have in mind (quantity, sizes, # of colours and a picture or description of the design if you have one). For custom button orders we will provide you with a quote right away. We also have done some custom design work in the past for bands, logos, e-flyers, etc. so feel free to inquire about that as well.

Cute stuff, where is your store?

We do not have our own retail location, but we do sell some of our stuff in various stores (see our Retail section). We are always seeking more retailers, feel free to put in a request Crywolf gear at your favorite store!

What if I want something in XL or bigger? Do you carry those sizes?

We don't regularly carry every size in every design, but if you want a bigger size please e-mail us! If we don't have your size on the site, we can always order it in for you. Most styles go up to XXXL.

I have a picture of myself wearing crywolf, do you want to see it?

Why do you hand print your stuff?

Each shirt is printed individually, by hand and eye, without the aid of any presses. Sometimes people ask us why we would hand print every shirt when we could just save our time and pay to get them done at a printer. There are a bunch of reasons that we decided to go the hand printed route but it all seems to boil down to a matter of QUALITY.

Have you ever picked up a graphic tee and felt the raised, plastic texture of the ink? Many plastisol inks that professional printers use have that quality and leave you with a somewhat stiff print on your shirt. One of the advantages of printing with water-based inks is that after the first wash, your print feels like its part of the material.

Through our hand printed process, we are able to ensure that all of our products uphold a high level of quality and craftsmanship surpassing the quality of other mass produced brands. Due to this labour intensive process, each design is printed in a very limited edition and this means you own a unique and collectable piece of clothing!
