Changes to Canada Post and USPS operations and delivery processes to protect employees and the public from the spread of COVID-19 may be impacting delivery times.
We thank you for your patience as packages may take longer than usual to arrive. Some packages with tracking will sometimes not be scanned in or be able to show up-to-date tracking information. Rest assured, packages are arriving eventually.

Now that our store has permanently closed, we are currently offering contactless porch pick-up from our studio in the Bloor/Dufferin area. We have recently added some cute lockers to the porch, making picking up easy, convenient and contactless.
We will contact you with the pickup address and will need to confirm the date/time you would like to pick up. Please make sure that you've received an e-mail that your order has been fulfilled before picking up as we need time to process and pack your order and we want to be sure that it's ready for you.
In 2020 we had to permanently close our retail location at 605 Bloor Street West. We had been at that location for about a year and put a lot of work and love into that place so it wasn't easy but it’s what we had to do. Crywolf lives on, we’re going to stay online and continue to bring you new and exciting things 💕
