COVID-19

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Changes to Canada Post and USPS operations and delivery processes to protect employees and the public from the spread of COVID-19 are impacting delivery times.

Canada Post is advising customers across the country to expect delays with their parcel deliveries. The heavy incoming parcel volumes, combined with the important safety measures they've implemented in their processing facilities, mean it is taking longer to process.

We thank you for your patience as packages may take longer than usual to arrive. We're currently noticing even up to a 3 week delay on shipments within Canada. Some packages with tracking will sometimes not be scanned in or be able to show up-to-date tracking information. Rest assured, packages are arriving eventually.

You can read the latest COVID-19 related updates from Canada Post HERE.

LOCAL PICK-UP

We are currently offering in store pick-up during store hours (currently Thursdays & Fridays 12-5pm and Saturdays & Sundays 11am - 5pm). If you cannot make store hours but would still love to pick-up, contact us and we'll see if we can accommodate.

Please make sure that you've received an e-mail that your order has been fulfilled before picking up as we need time to process and pack your order and we want to be sure that it's ready for you. Just show us your confirmation e-mail or give us your name and order number when you arrive. If you prefer curbside pickup, just call us (647) 729-7078 during store hours and we can bring your order out to the top of the stairs.

NEW STORE HOURS

We are open !!! Thursdays & Fridays from 12-5pm and Saturdays & Sundays from 11am ~ 5pm. Our store hours may change as we figure everything out. Things are looking a little different these days and there are going to be some new rules in place. Our first priority will be safety, so please bear with us while we navigate through these changes. ⁣

• No mask, no entry 😷  Masks must be worn (properly) at all times while in the store. We will have some disposable masks available on hand for a small donation, and reusable fabric ones to purchase in case you forgot yours. ⁣

• Please use hand sanitizer upon entering and minimize touching products. We do have some disposable gloves available if you’d like to browse and touch objects.⁣

• We will only be allowing 4-5 people in the store at one time, or 2 groups (households)⁣. Please keep distance while in the store - a minimum of 2 metres or 6ft apart.⁣

• No trying on clothing just yet. We are still offering exchange/store credit and those items will be held in isolation and thoroughly steamed before being released again. ⁣

We will also be implementing strict cleaning and sanitizing procedures. We will wipe down frequently touched surfaces throughout the day, as well as our counter and pin pad machine before & after every use. If you would like to arrange a private visit please call or email to schedule a time. We also encourage contactless payment as well as ordering online for pick-up in-store. We will still be offering curbside pick up during store hours. ⁣

These rules may change or vary slightly in the upcoming weeks so please be patient with us! Lastly, we thank you so much for your support throughout these times. It’s thanks to you that we are able to continue to do what we do! 💕💕💕
