Our official name is "Crywolf" - One word, no spaces. It is often misspelled as "Cry Wolf" or "Crywolf Clothing" but in fact it's just "Crywolf"

Care
Wash and dry inside-out using cold or warm water and a mild detergent. Dry on a low/tumble setting or hang to dry.

Shirts with heat pressed vinyl accents: Do not dry clean. Wash and dry inside-out. Use cold or warm water for the wash (not over 178 degrees F) and a mild detergent. Dry on a low/tumble setting or hang to dry. Do not iron.

Your shirt may fade 5-10% after the first wash. Ironing your shirt on the cotton setting or running it through the dryer prior to washing may prevent this.

Returns/Exchanges
We want to you to be happy with every purchase you make. Please consider that we are a very small business and cannot offer the same return policies as Amazon or Walmart. That said, if you are not satisfied with your product or require a different size, e-mail us at crywolfclothing@gmail.com to arrange a return or exchange. We will accept returns/exchanges for any unworn, unwashed items that are in the same condition that you received them within 20 days of your date of purchase and we will issue you a refund within 7 days of receiving your item(s). All sale, discounted and mystery items are FINAL SALE.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your original order will be deducted from your refund. With exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and you will be charged for shipping for the exchange that we mail out. We highly recommend using a trackable/insurable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you're in Toronto, contactless returns/exchanges can also be arranged at our studio, which is located near Bloor and Dufferin.

Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your product(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For exchanges, we will send you a new invoice for shipping and will ship your exchange out once we receive payment.

Studio Pick-Up

We kindly ask that you pick up your order within 2 weeks. After 20 days (unless previously arranged) we will consider your order unclaimed and we reserve the right to restock item(s). If there is a refund request on unclaimed orders, we charge a 20% restocking fee.

Holiday Extended Return/Exchange Policy

All exchange and refunds on orders placed in November and December will be automatically apply to our extended holiday policy until January 31 of the following year.
